A strength training education membership for people with hypermobility - including hEDS and other hypermobile conditions.


Learn how to strength train safely & effectively around your hypermobile body. This is an ongoing membership that will support you through the ups & downs of hypermobility- with education & support that you can access at your pace.

Please note: this is not strength programming/coaching. This is an educational system.

If you’re sick of fitness advice that doesn’t take your hypermobile body into account, this space is for you.

What you get inside

  • Start Here Orientation (watch this first)

  • Base 1: Foundations + Warmups (Hypermobility-informed strength basics + anatomy of movement + comprehensive list of warmup/stability exercises)

  • Base 2: Programming + Safeguards (Program building basics, adapting exercises, build your own program + exercise techniqueĀ & anatomy) Please note this is currently under construction, you will have access to it soon.

  • Live calls + community/forum (Weekly live calls: teaching + troubleshooting + community + Q&A)

How it works

There’s a guided ~16-week pace, which the live calls will follow.
But I get it: flares happen. Life happens. Bendy & Strong is always here, you can go slow and touch base anytime.

Cancellation

If your circumstances change due to reasons outside of your control, you can cancel within the 16 weeks, however 16 weeks isĀ the minimum I recommend to get the most out of the course.

Access is in or out: if you cancel, access ends.
