Similar format to Bendy & Strong sessions.

Topics include: 

• Build a program for beginners: how to get started from scratch
• The powerlifts in-depth: not just for powerlifters! In-depth analysis of squat, bench press, & deadlift technique
• Progressing with hypermobility / a detailed look at my EDS Progression Model: how to progress or regress exercises to stay inside our 'window of tolerance'
• Biomechanics: learn how force, levers, mechanical advantage, torque, tension - & more - can be used to improve your training
• Anatomy: we all know how helpful anatomy is! Let's build on your B&S knowledge
•  Building muscle with hypermobility: what the science says, what experience says - and what should we do with it?
• + more topics as you request them!

These will run during the weekly time slot in the 1st & 2nd session of each month. For months where there are 5 sessions, they will run in the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd session. 

These sessions will be recorded and available to all members. 

Who else needs some external encouragement to get on top of important reading?

We are communal creatures, so it's no wonder that some of us work better when we have support!

Or perhaps you simply want the chance to discover new books, and discuss them with likeminded people in our monthly bookclub session. 

Book Club will run in the second last session of each month.

Some things to note:

• It will not be 1 book per month, we will break the reading down into manageable chunks
• Wherever possible there will be audio and text versions available (I personally much prefer audio!)
• We will try to keep costs down as much as possible
• Some readings will be open-source research papers (with some of the researchers lined up to join the discussions) 

These sessions will be recorded and available to all members. 

In the last session of each month, we will have a live Training Troubleshooting session.

This is where you can ask any questions, run through training ideas, get your program checked, etc. 

There will also be a forum attached so you can upload a lifting video for critique during this session (note: number of videos each month might have to be limited depending on interest).

The on-demand exercise tutorial library will include:

• Video tutorials for a variety of exercises 
• Exercises arranged according to movement categories for easy picking
• Videos to self-assess hip structure, how to pick squat/deadlift stance, and other movement assessments 

As always the community will be central to this membership! 

We will have different forum topics divided into different pages.
