This course has been amazing so far. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and also making it accessible financially! This is so rare.
I've never managed to go this long at the gym without hurting myself and I already feel a lot stronger and safer!
Honestly I couldn't walk for like 2 years, more than about 500m without being in agony and having to rest on people's front fences. Since taking this course I've been able to walk several kilometres most nights now with my dog.
For a body that’s limited by its connective tissue, building muscle can be life changing.

Hi! I’m Annie.
I’m a Strength Coach & Exercise Scientist who specialises in strength training for people with hypermobility & Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I’ve been training since I was 13, and was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and ADHD in my early 20s. Over the years I’ve realised just how much strength training has helped my EDS body, and I now consider it as my most valuable tool to manage pain, dislocations, and other symptoms. But not only that, it is an opportunity for me to expand my capacity to do everyday tasks, and to strive for goals that uncover some of the positive things my body CAN achieve. Strength training might not be a miracle cure for EDS, but for me, it’s the closest thing I’ve found.
